Still you can be hired to post articles on blogs. This is something you can do at your own pace. You can decide to write full time or part time. You can decide to earn a living as a writer in Uganda. A lot of Ugandan youths do have jobs. A great idea for the unemployed Ugandan youth is to become a writer.
